Residents that live in the North Hempstead portion of Glenwood Landing DO NOT receive garbage collection and disposal from the Glenwood-Glen Head Garbage District. They receive solid waste services from the Glenwood Garbage District. 2025 Glenwood-Glen Head Garbage District Meeting Schedule

Meetings will be held at 4:15 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of each month at the District Office, 129 Glenwood Rd., Glenwood Landing, NY 11547. The following is a list of meeting dates:
